How long does it take from sample to final delivery?
The timeline depends on product complexity, tooling, revisions, manufacturing, shipping, etc. Usually it's broken into: sample & approval phase, then production, then logistics. But we’ll give you a projected timeline up front once we understand your product and needs.
What are your fees / how are you paid?
We typically quote based on the services required (sourcing, design help, tooling, quality control, logistics, etc.). We might require deposits or pay milestones, especially for tooling or initial production. We’ll explain all fees in your quote.
Do you protect intellectual property (IP)?
Yes! Based on what you need, we use NDAs/non-disclosure agreements, design ownership clauses, and carefully manage who sees your designs. Protecting your ideas is one of our biggest priorities
